ALDI’s presence recently skyrocketed as an affordable grocery store in an industry rife with inflation. Quality products, low prices and a shopping experience unlike any other - they’re not shy about what they offer, and are in a great position when it comes to career opportunities and stability.
However, while many people today know ALDI, few consider working there. With more stores, offices and warehouses opening across the country, leadership looked to us to attract candidates across all skill levels.
Our team was approached with updating the growing grocery giant’s recruitment marketing materials: Brochures, billboards, website and more. Within these materials, we educate audiences about the many varied careers ALDI offers (much more than cashiers) in a tone that retains the ALDI attitude the audience expects.
