AT&T
As Content Strategist dedicated to AT&T, I was responsible for developing a robust library of articles that could support the company’s recruitment tactics. Many of these tactics worked in tandem with AT&T’s diversity, equity, and inclusion division. We had plenty of stories to tell, many of them originated from the employee resource groups (ERGs).
It made sense, then, to highlight ERGs as foundational pillars within AT&T’s DE&I community. This was more than nice and simple messaging: it was just true. Through ERG highlights, we learned how so many of the diverse workforce groups got their start in AT&T.
We also received access to top leaders in the company of that time, such as the Vice President of AT&T University, to spotlight how the employees were paying it forward and empowering future generations to change the world through innovation.
