Tasked with reimagining their employment story, we explored and dug into the type of person drawn to Takeda’s work. After approving The Next Challenge, we gathered employee stories that validated the message. From factory floor technicians to c-suite executives, these interviews explored a wide spectrum of backgrounds, motivations, and goals for Takeda. I reviewed the recorded transcripts of each interview as reference to write long-form pieces that spoke to the heart of the employee’s journey. Everyone has a “Why” for what they do, especially if they’re good at it. It’s that “Why” that drives us to improve, to inspire others, and to innovate.
