BioLife came to us with a need for more nurses and technical staff in their plasma donation centers. Knowing they wanted to use our employee referral software, FirstBird, we built an employee value proposition demonstrating how word of mouth could transform into a call-to-action. Through text bubbles and alliterative headlines, we brought in playful design and language rarely seen in recruitment marketing!
